Most courses of action are initially organized in thought people’s beliefs in their efficacy shape the types of anticipatory scenarios they construct and rehearse those who have a high sense of efficacy, visualize success scenarios that provide positive guides and support for performance. The main intention of the study is to find the relation of self efficacy of Teachers with age, teaching experience, annual income, gender, management, locality, qualification, and marital status, number of teachers in the school, size of the family, caste and type of school. In this study different types of statistical techniques are used – Frequency Distribution Characteristics, Critical Ratio and One Way ANOVA.
