Attrition has become a major problem in most of the organizations. Recruitment of skilled employees is tougher and retaining them is much more tougher. This work examines many parameters related to attrition of college teachers and gives a overall study and analysis. This report has got the analysis done about the relationship between the job stress and nature of the institutions. Then it pays attention to labor turnover and Institution's nature. Finally the relationship between the experience and job stress have been analysed and result is presented. This would be a lovely reading experience for the reader.
