Objective law of current stage of the market relations in Russia is the need to develop and improve the business infrastructure of entrepreneurships. The need of streamlined and efficient business organization, its adaptation to the global environment, determined the feasibility of forming methodological toolkit of consulting activities as a basic and the necessary element of business infrastructure.
