Many people think that healthy nutrition means consuming low fat and low glucose food, however, healthy nutrition is far beyond this type of thinking. For having a suitable nutrition first we need to know: why having a suitable nutrition is important for us? Nutrition during adolescence has much more importance. In this period of life body grows faster, weigh, height grows fast and some gender characteristics such as growing breasts, hair on the genitals parts of body, periods in girls and so on happens in these ages. Losing the blood as a result of periods in girls increases needs of more nutrition in their body; moreover young girls are to face pregnancy and childbirth in future. All these show that our body needs nutritional materials which are in the foods to face this growth well. Therefore, having a dietary full of nutritionals which our body needs in this period can keep us healthy in adolescence and future.
