Food security has the components: ensuring available capita food (calories and protein) and the ability to buy a population policy is achieved by linking nutritional food policies. Food policy should aim at providing the necessary quantitative and quality of food for the entire population, at affordable prices.Need to develop and modernize agriculture in the adjustment of production structures, strengthening private property and economic organization resulting from consumption to ensure normal physiological requirements for the entire population and therefore security.
