Several cooperative training have been undertaken to promoters, cooperative management committees, employees of cooperative as well as the cooperative society under the umbrella of Federal Cooperative Agency. Also cooperative training is prepared and organized by regional cooperative promoters. Oromia Cooperative Promotion Agency is responsible to promote cooperative who established in Oromia Region. Thus, OCPA organized different training in collaboration with FCA and stakeholders to build capacity of cooperative society. While the core functions of OCPA is coordination, capacity building and facilitate the development of cooperative societies. Therefore, an alarming need to improve cooperative enterprise activities through training. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate different dimensions of the OCPA training process, and to identify the problems of training in terms of affecting its sustainability and effectiveness.Therefore, the book is vital to provide valuable information for practitioners and experts to improve cooperative enterprise activities through training.
