Academically talented students' are sometimes made into underachievers despite the fact that by nature they are expected to be high achievers. The study sheds light on attitude of these students towards teachers and the various factors that influence their academic performance. The researcher has used a straight forward approach in demonstrating that academic performance is a function of attitude. Findings established are helpful to policy makers,school administrators, teachers, counselors and parents in paving way for identification, intervention, management and educational programming of academically talented students.
