Amla is the richest natural source of Vitamin C, alkaloids, Enzymes, Tannin. Amla is known for its adaptogenic properties immune support herbal supplement of the body. Charaka also said specially, that Amla is a great Rasayana to help protecting people from diseases and prevents premature ageing.
