Several years ago, one of the researches done by the ISR firm in 2005 showed that highly involved employees improved the operating income by 19.2%, whilst employees in companies with a low level of participation in the same activities resulted in downturn of the operating income by 32,7%. Aside from the visible advantages the highly involved staff delivers, the current business world is rapidly changing, considering all the new technologies entering the market. Being a flexible organization nowadays is not a luxury but a survival factor. When it comes to a change of a type of business, a milestone is to alter and adjust the whole labor staff. A certain level of creativity and flexibility from the employees’ side is necessary.
