This monograph analyses the contract labour issues related to the business process outsourcing (BPO) of information technology enabled services (ITES) in India. India is one of the most popular outsourcing destinations for the ITES services. The Tenth Five Year Plan of the country identified BPO as the sunshine-sector for the country''s economy.
