Saving and promotion of children’s health – it is a necessary condition of their versatile development and ensuring normal activity of the growing organism. To keep and improve the health of the child in one of the most responsible periods of his life, the necessary purposeful work in some preschool institution, school and family must be planned as well. Today psychological studying of children is too often reduced to some simple testing, identifications of a tendency of strengthening stressful environments ruining the health. Forming of a certain competent approach of the preparation for the school training will allow to prevent psychological traumatism and provide health saving. Now it is very important for teachers, tutors, the psychologist, medical staff of school and preschool institution to be qualified of concepts of health-saving, stress resistance, children's stress. This book provides a definition of the place of health and health saving in the activity of the preschool educational institution and the result of this influence on the further training of the child at school, the application of the competence-based approach in the course of preparation for school training.
