Improving communication and information management practices are key focus for many organisations, across both the public and private sectors. The main purpose of this study is to examine the role of communication and information management department in improving donor relations in the case of CRDA. The study''s result showed that the Communication and Information Management Department Head, mentioned that the Communication and Information Management Department is vital not only in CRDA, but also in any organization in order to achieve the organization''s objective. The effective Communication and Information Management systems and practices of CRDA have contribution to the improvement of the organization''s performance. The Communication and Information Management Department has conducted its activities using modern technologies, and it is much better in this regard to compare it with other similar organizations. The role of the department is core to achieve the general objectives of CRDA and its five years strategic plan. Several recommendations were made for the future improvement of the communication and information management practice of the organization.
