Coriander (Coriandurum sativum L.)is an important seed spices in India and World too. Its seeds are World''s oldest known spices. Its flat green leaves are commonly known as Cilantro; its small white or purple flower produce seeds (actually dried fruit) known as coriander. It is highly esteemed in Latin America and Asia, particularly in China, India and Thailand.
