Adolescence is a very trying moment in the life of any human being across the globe. Many people fail to understand the adolescents; and in some countries it is termed as a disease. In our modern world, most of the adolescents in the society are in high schools, as students. This book sets out to intensively locate overwhelming issues of adolescence from a theoretical perspective using the historical studies of adolescents. By using the case of some Kenyan high schools the book seeks to explore ways that can be used to help adolescents understand themselves better. In turn, this will enable them manage their youthful situations, studies and social issues in a better way.
