This is a Graduation Project by Mustafa Resit Haboglu and his colleagues Kerem Emrah Erkut and Suat Ensari who all graduated from Sabanci University (Istanbul/Turkey) in the Spring of 2009. The project suggests an improved design for a previously designed pool cleaning robot. The mechanical design contains the dimensions of the structure, properties of its inner components such as vacuum pumps, motor etc. and the optimisation of the assembly of those components. Electrical design contains the controlling of the robot and remote controller.
