The system is not efficient enough to make access to research information readily available. There is no system for marketing research works and technology. As a result of this, there is a gap between the research institutions and the public’s (industries, farmer etc). These problems have lead to untimely information to all stakeholders hence seeing research works as mere academic exercises but not a business related activity to help accelerate the growth of the country. This is an integrated information system for C.S.I.R.
