Edgar L. Ngelela is a theater and film artist working behind and in front of the camera as a mime artist, actor, director, camera person, and a visual editor. Academically he completed his Masters degree and his first Degree in Fine and Performing Arts at the University of Dar es Salaam in 2010. He also received a diploma in Arts at the Bagamoyo College of Arts (now TASUBA) in 2004. He now works as an assistant lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam; School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Basing on his Experience Edgar thought that there was a problem on how radio storytelling programs where produced in Tanzania.
