This book explores the perceptions and practices of school leaders about the distributed leadership while looking at nature of roles distribution and decision making processes in a private secondary school in Karachi Pakistan. This book sought an acknowledgement as the first of its kind in the context of private schools in Pakistan which would contribute to the improvement of schools by identifying the leadership roles among multiple leaders to achieve the common goals.
