Over the last few years, the use of health promoting components through food items, like meat and egg has increased exponentially. The patients, women and children are the most important consumer for enriched food items. With this boom in food industry has also rise in the need for making designer egg and meat. Traditional production approaches to produce the egg are no longer adeque. This book, therefore, provides a new feed formulation technique for successful production of designer eggs.
