This book investigates the effects of Yogic Exercises on crickters.20 Female Cricketers form Vidarbha Cricket Association, Nagpur Were selected for the purpose of the study. The yogic asanas were taught and the practice sessions were conducted and supervised by the researcher himself for teaching purpose. Each yogic asanas were explained and demonstrated before the students performed the same. Necessary corrections were made. The rest of instructions were given in between succeeding yogic asanas. All the asana exercises were done once only in one session. This research is useful to the researchers, players and coaches.
