The morphology, electrical and dielectric properties, tactile sensing properties of Carbon micro-coils (CMC) composite sheet were examined. Frequency dependent of electrical and dielectric parameters; inductance (L), capacitance (C), Resistance (R), Impedance (Z), dielectric loss angle (θ), dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) and relative dielectric constant (εr) were measured on single and double-helix composite sheet. It was found that these parameters of CMC/polysilicone composites extensively changed with the thickness of the sample and the additional amount of carbon icrocoils (CMC) with polysilicone resine. It was also observed that the higher additional amount (wt%) of CMC is appropriate for high sensitivity as a tactile sensor.
