A cross cultural perspective on emotional intelligence, self-monitoring and managerial effectiveness has been aimed in this book. The hospitality industry is registering the spurt of growth. However the hardware is sufficiently addressed. While the software of the industry i.e., the managers responsible for business growth need a little bit more attention and importance.
