Software Product Management has evolved as one of the core activities of many Market Driven organizations. Due to this development a new role called Software Product Manager came in to picture. As the requirements are changing at a very brisk pace, software product managers need to be abrupt at these changes. Many software product managers take their position coming from different fields like marketing, sales or project management. As soon as they take up the position of software product manager, most of them are unaware from where to start the Software Product Management activities. To overcome this we have designed a framework, where, we are trying to give a picture to the people from different backgrounds who are taking up the software product managers role, by showing which activity they need to focus in first place during Software Product Management.
