The density of states, transmission spectra and current-voltage characteristics are examined for the Graphene nanodevices. The observance of transmission eigenstate conduction channels and strong couplings among various sections of the nano-device are also rightly elucidated, which helps in understanding of different modes of the charge transport. To finish with the work, a Z junction nanotransistor is simulated and the I-V characteristics are studied.
