The main idea of this book is evalauting need for introducing exit right of minority shareholders under Ethiopian private limited companies. This is done by way of comparative analysis with German and English laws. The Ethiopian Private Limited company is similar to that of the German private limited company and English private limited company. so the book is if minority oppression is a problem in those advanced jurisdictions it should be a problem, for stronger reason for Ethiopian private limited companies too. So similar corporate strategy, if not exactly the same, should be adopted under Ethiopian law too.
