The Teacher Resource is one of the most crucial inputs in any education system. Therefore, efficient management and utilization of teachers is critical in the educative process. The aim of any teacher training institution is to produce good teachers. The teacher training college is thus the appropriate ground for making good teachers. It is the place where teachers gain both knowledge and experience of how to put theory into practice. To qualify as professional teachers, students must, of necessity, undergo teaching practice which is also an indispensable component of all teacher training institutions. This study examined student teachers’ attitudes towards teaching practice in rural secondary schools.
