The book is written based on the experiments and analysis on micro-electrical discharge machining performances on Ti-6Al-4V alloy employing kerosene and de-ionized water dielectrics. Through micro-holes of diameter 300 micron were machined on Ti-6Al-4V material using Tungsten tool electrode of diameter 300 micron. Machining characteristics which were measured are material removal rate, tool wear rate, overcut, diameter variance of entry and exit hole and taperness. The present research will open up various challenging possibilities of further research work in the domain of micro-machining in EDM using non-hydrocarbon based dielectric like de-ionized water.
