College as one of the educational institutions already should be able to utilize the information and communication technology to support various activities. Penetration and implementation of information and communication technologies in higher education will provide a very positive impact and are expected to provide higher efficiency and productivity in academic and administrative matters. Furthermore, the implementation and adaptation of information and communications technology is also expected that the college is able to continue to compete in the arena of competition at the National and International level education. This book examine and analyze the factors utilization information technology and its influence on the performance of lecturers in terms of utilizing the personal computer (PC). The factors that will be tested and analyzed were social factors, affect, complexity, job fit, long-term consequences, and facilitating conditions. The research sample is 79 lecturers in the State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya.
