Another main consideration is the financial analysis by the calculation of a university system performance, according to Churchman''s formula; the system performance was efficient, which would help in decision making to invest or establish a private university.This book emphasized the world wide situation of private higher education, role of private higher education and accreditation process in USA, Europe, Asia as well as Bangladesh.
