What is relationship of formative evaluation with learning out come of school students? How we can reinforce learning process by using different mode of reinforcement? How we can improve teaching-learning process by reinforcement? In this dissertation the themes of ’formative evaluation’ and fixed interval scheduled reinforcement are analysed and interpreted by making an experiment. This effort explored out the ways of learning support. It will also provide a guiding approach for curriculum developers and educational planners for designing the learning material and policy. This dissertation is an invitation to readers in evaluation , assessment, reinforcement, curriculum development, social work, sociology, and more broadly of methodological interest for the critical study of teaching-learning process.
