Insides Sales Executive
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through various communication channels, understand their needs, and successfully promote and sell products/services from the Skin, Hair & Nutrition Segments. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Rewards & Recognition is Excellent and One of the highest in the Industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of inside sales experience
- Proficiency in Hindi, English OR Regional Languages Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam
- Additional regional languages are appreciated
- Strong cold-calling skills
- In-depth product knowledge
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to consistently exceed sales targets

Salary Details:
- Rs 25000 to Rs 30000 In-hand
- Performance Based Incentives Over and Above Salary : No Capping
- PF, PT is Separate from In-hand and shall be part of CTC
