This book covers the conceptual cream of Human Resource Development drawn from selective references. It is being tested in the organisations under case study. Each of the 22 HRD practices is systematically tested and analysed based on the theoretical presentation and the analysis of the empirical data and accordingly finding of the same is presented there for all the practices to the respective organisations from Private, Public and cooperative sector. The consequent chapter covers the recommendations for these three different sectorial organisations based on the research findings. It provides feasible action plan for the respective HRD practice being required to implement by understanding its current position and the drastic requirement to uplift it to the desired level in order to sustain in global competition.
