Information Communication and Technology has become useful to this generation of information and technology. At organisational level, ICT has undoubtedly found its roots yet at individual level, ICT has been very illusive, discrete and discriminative, being afforded by only by those with fat pockets. Considering blind individuals in developing countries, ICT has been in most cases a dream. Yet, it is a need rather than a necessity to these individuals. This study is set to explore such individuals. In Zimbabwe, there are institutions where blind people are being educated so that they can be integrated into the society. They are these institutions that were studied to see the use and need of ICT on blind learners.
