On the basis of results obtained during the course of present experimentation conclusions are drawn as Sowing of linseed either on BBF or opening of furrow in every row or two rows after sowing recorded maximum growth and yield of linseed. Sowing on BBF or opening of furrow in every row or opening of furrow after two rows gave maximum gross monetary returns (37253.72 Rs. ha-1) and net monetary returns (26145.22 Rs.ha-1) over flat bed. However, B:C ratio (3.94) was highest with sowing of linseed on BBF. Two irrigations viz., one at flowering and one at capsule formation recorded maximum growth and yield of linseed. Two irrigations viz., one at flowering and one at capsule formation stage gave maximum gross monetary returns, net monetary returns and B:C ratio than one irrigation at flowering and no irrigation.
