The research aims at studying the impact of online resources on teaching reading comprehension at Matric level and harmonizing it with the requirements of students in the age of information technology. Giving the rationale of the research the author has described the burning need of evaluating the impact of online resources/material on reading comprehension. The author has covered various aspects of reading comprehension. Basically, this is an experimental research. Both teachers and students showed their interest about launching online resources regarding teaching reading comprehension in their daily classes. Students showed improvement in their reading comprehension and interested for including these activities in their curriculum and in regular classes.
