The impact of physical education on attitudes and exercise behaviour has been written for readers who are interested in finding how to design appropriate physical education curriculum learning activity for students in secondary school. The textbook has been sequentially organized from the history of physical education in Thailand, benefit of exercise and attitudes towards physical exercise, role and trend of physical education curriculum, the views of students, physical education teachers and school administrators to the introduction of a new physical education curriculum.
