This implies that when an individual knows what is right, he/she will do it without any supervision. Another personal factor which the book studies is self concept which is basically determined by ones environment. A person's self concept determines his/her actions for example, if somebody has high self-concept, he/she may undertake difficult task knowing very well that he/she will succeed.
