The success of motor-car industry during the last several decades provided the rapid growth of stock of cars which outstrips the rates of road-building. Thereupon transport infrastructure automatic control systems development is the serious scientific problem. To create such integrated systems which combine of heterogeneous data arrays and provide of multistage complex subsystems interaction new approaches are required. Integrated intelligent systems creation allow to raise a level of road traffic organization: to improve street-road network, perfect road traffic organization technical means location, optimize the transport flows control process in all traffic phases, reduce transport delays and raise traffic safety. Intelligent transport systems technologies control are being widely used in road traffic organization world practice for transport infrastructure control of huge cities. This work contains some efforts of scientific team headed by Professor T. Mikheeva and describes methods, algorithms and realization ways conformably to intelligent transport systems.
