This book is presented in five chapters. A brief summary of these chapters is given below: Chapter one presents a brief introduction and enunciates the objectives of our investigations: Chapter two presents a review of the techniques that employed to produced porous silicon nanostructures and the rapid thermal processes to enhanced characteristics of porous silicon . Chapter three describes the experimental work and presents all instruments and devices employed in this work. Chapter four presents the results and discussions of the surface morphology of the and the results with discussion of the electrical properties and other studies. Finally, Chapter five presents the conclusions and the suggested future work.
