This research monograph is a little attempt from the authors' side on Job Satisfaction of Employees of Real Estate Companies in Bangladesh. In an attempt to examine the degree of job satisfaction, a study on the 200 executives of 20 Real Estate Companies has been conducted. The study not only addresses the issue of job satisfaction but also sheds light on its various dimensions that include present job, present pay, job security, opportunity for promotion, supervision, relation with coworkers, etc. As many as two hundred respondents were catered for collecting inputs in this study. The respondents were interviewed through a structured questionnaire following a logical interview schedule. The data were analyzed manually by using proper statistical methods.
