The purpose of monography is to determine trends in the development of enterprise management principles on different stages of their market application and to fulfill the critical analysis of concepts definitions "Logistics" and «Supply Chain Management» in versions of different experts and a creation of author's definitions of the these concepts. In author's opinion, Logistics as the enterprises management conception includes Supply Chain Management and Value Management. Author's definitions of concepts "Logistics" and «Supply Chain Management» are based on development of domestic variables of the organization and components of marketing «4?». Also monography shows that Logistics Management includes Concentration, Distribution and Resources Movement. Also the purpose of this monography is the substantiation of use of zone of potential sale of products as tool of Logistics Management both for assessment of products sale prospects and for designing, creation and optimization of supply chains.
