Management of Human Resource in Dairy Industry – A Researcher''s perspective is an output of empirical study on Human Resource Policies and Practices in Dairy industry of Andhra Pradesh. This study was focused on core areas of Human Resources functions i.e., employment, human resource development, wage and salary administration, employee welfare and social security, industrial relations, employee commitment and job satisfaction. The study also elicit the opinions of the managerial and non- managerial employees of the organizations under study. The study reveals that Dairy industry is surviving by adopting appropriate HR practices. If the dairy industry continues the same stream of HR policy and practices in future it may achieve many glorious things.
