Live theatre business is under threat in Nigeria. Various reasons from various scholars have been ascribed to this problem. There is the need for theatre practitioners to be more pragmatic and move with the tide of times. This research work attempts to proffer solution to these challenges and proposes. Maxi-Motivational Management concept as a model for the development of theatre practice in Nigeria. This research work is exploratory and depended on the descriptive method of analysis. Interviews were also conducted as part of our research tools.
