Essential oil of Rosemary has numerous and powerful therapeutic and healing properties. It stimulates the central nervous system and blood circulation making it beneficial for low blood pressure and low energy people. It relieves respiratory problems, is good for mouth care, tones skin and removes dryness, eases asthma and allergies. It also improves concentration, memory and keeps one alert for long hours. Few drops of oil while oiling or washing hair restores dry, damaged hair and makes it shiny. It prevents menstrual cramps.
DO NOT use Essential oil directly since it is concentrated. Few drops to be blended in a carrier oil or water, prior to using. Safe for external and edible purposes.
This oil evaporates easily and is reactive to sunlight, so store in a dark place. Extreme Care to be taken while using any essential oils as they are highly concentrated and can harm if not used properly. DO NOT use Essential oil directly since it is concentrated. Few drops to be blended in a carrier oil or water, prior to using. A skin patch test should be conducted prior to using an oil that has never been used before. Correct knowledge of usage is important.
How to use:
- Water bath: Few drops can be added to water for bathing or soaking feet and hands.
Steaming and inhalation: Mix 4-5 drops in a litre of water for steaming.
- Diffuser: Use in diffusers to create an aromatic atmosphere.
- Massage: Blend 6 drops of essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil like Almond, Jojoba, Sesame, Avocado to massage full body or any particular area.
