In our age, managers mobbing behaviors toward the employees are big problem. These behaviors have several negative conclusions with respect to employees and organizations. Especially, female employees have some challenges and they experience mobbing behaviors from their managers in tourism sector. Therefore, this research book carried out in order to explain managers mobbing behaviors and female employees’ quality of life. Moreover, a case study conducted to show more clearly these concepts. It is hope that the research book will improve the viewpoint of the managers to their female employees.
