Human resources management has always been an interesting and intriguing case for researchers. Although there exist hundreds and even thousands studies on human resources , it still presents unexplored opportunities for academics and practitioners. Being conscious of these opportunities, the author has explored an original topic. The main objective of this research is to identify the pattern in which the function of HRM is implemented .This study combines knowledge from different fields, a task that the researcher has managed to fulfill very successfully.
