This book assists the manufacturing companies to avoid circumstances of having a substantial amount of working capital tied up in indirect materials, namely MRO Inventory. ‘Padmanabha Matrix’, the MRO Inventory Management framework advices manufacturing companies on how to manage MRO Inventory using five major processes.
