Technology has been tremendously advancing every day. Among these advancing fields growth in the field of functional electronic materials is very steep and even rapid than the predictions (Moore’s law). Ferroelectric materials belong to the most renowned families of functional materials. These materials are at the peak of research and have dragged the attention of technologists and researchers because of their excellent piezoelectric, pyroelectric and non-linear optical properties. Over years, many ferroelectric materials are developed, synthesized, fabricated, characterized and exploited for various industrial applications. However, it is to be noted that all suitable physical properties from application point of view are rarely observed in any material. Due to this researchers essentially needs to find the materials with optimal characteristics using a compromised approach among all distinguished parameters. The selection of an optimal material from pool of alternative materials on the basis of two or more attributes is a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem.
