How to use 4 grain Porridge:
- Boil it in water/milk/soya milk (approximately 2 cups for half cup of flakes) for about 10 minutes, untill it reaches a state of softness, which you like.
- To sweeten add mashed banana, honey, date syrup, palm jaggery etc or a pinch of salt to make it savoury. Add any fruit or nuts to increase your breakfast nutrition.
