Aching feet? All you need is the Tired Foot Soak that helps to ease the pain and aches. The refreshing Himalayan Salt and the invigorating fragrance of peppermint revive and refresh your tired feet and also keep them odour free. The Daily Night Foot Oil helps to nourish and moisturise your feet as you sleep. Massage lightly to keep your feet soft and reduce the signs cracked heels.
How to use:
- For using Daily Night Foot Oil first wash your feet with warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Then gently massage daily before sleeping. Leave in.
Caution: Oil may stain.
For using Tired Foot Soak pour warm water or as hot as you can take in a pail (water level should be deep enough to reach your calves). Pour 2 tbsp of soak into warm water. Place both feet into pail. You may use some undissolved salt granules to gently scrub your feet. Be seated comfortably and soak feet for 15 minutes or until you start to perspire. Take out your feet and place on a towel. Pat dry & moisturise. You can use the soak at least 2-3 times a week. If suffering from sleeping difficulties, soak just before sleeping. Can also be used as a soak for hands.
